The Sophus3 Annual Forum is centred around our eDataXchange project, which was setup in 2003 as a data sharing project to provide auto brands with a better intelligence on market and digital marketing performance.
30 auto brands are now sharing their online data in eDataXchange in the major European car markets, making it the industry’s leading digital market intelligence provider. The objective of the Sophus3 Forum is to share knowledge and digital marketing best practice.
This year’s forum theme considers the need for car brands to be All Joined Up to build car brands’ digital effectiveness. During this period of intense and disruptive change, a car brand’s digital activity needs to work within the present but also prepare the brand for a future in which they may be competing within very different business models.
Car brands need to join up their present to that future. They also need to join up disparate operational silos and data sets to deliver seamless consumer experience. Most of all they need to develop joined up strategies to ensure future resilience and survival.
